Information Systems
Box Elder County Information & Technology Services is an internal department whose purpose is to serve the County’s Information and Technology needs.
We service the historic courthouse, the new courhouse, the Sheriff’s Department, the Fairgrounds, the Road Shed and Mechanics Shop, Utah State University’s Agricultural Extension Office, the County Landfill, and the Willard City Library/Bookmobile.
Our duties include:
- Directing and Planning for the County's Future Technology Needs
- Server Management and Maintenance
- P.C. Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Network Maintenance and Management
- Database Maintenance and Management for the County’s Tax Base System and other systems
- All the County’s Telecom and Data Needs
- End User Support
- Custom Data Queries
- Disaster Recovery and Planning
