2023 Delinquent Tax List

The penalty for 2023 delinquent taxes is the greater of 2.5% or $10.00 for each parcel.  The penalty will be reduced to the greater of 1% or $10.00 if all 2023 delinquent taxes and the 1% penalty are paid on or before January 31, 2024.  Interest will be charged after January 31, 2023, effective January 1, 2024.
