Text Amendments
Overview
The Box Elder County Land Use Development and Management Code (Code) was created to promote the health, safety, welfare, and to promote the prosperity, improve the morals, peace and good order, comfort, convenience, and aesthetics of the present and future inhabitants and businesses of Box Elder County. Occasionally, County Officials or a property owner(s) may feel the Code should be updated, modified, or enhanced to help meet the goals previously stated. A Text Amendment application is the instrument needed to begin this process.
